Join Kelley Curran and me this summer for a two day retreat in the beautiful Hudson Valley. Our home for the retreat will be the idyllic Willow Pond Motel in Catskill, NY. Just two hours from NYC, the motel is near hiking trails, wineries, farm stands and antique store.
We’ve designed the retreat to allow you to make the most of summer in the gorgeous Hudson Valley. Arrive Sunday morning and spend the day exploring the eclectic stores and abundant restaurants in the charming towns of Hudson or Catskill or immerse yourself in nature on one of the many beautiful hiking trails in the area, before the retreat begins at 3pm.
Traveling by train? We’ll pick you up from Hudson train station. If you’re planning to arrive early, we’ll store your luggage. Make a long weekend out of it and arrive on Friday or Saturday. Willow Pond has limited availability for early arrivals.

what’s included?
Private Rooms: Each guest will have a room with a queen sized bed, kitchenette and a private bath.
Farm-to-Table Food: Enjoy meals crafted from the freshest local ingredients and produce, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten
free options.
Yoga and Meditation: Twice daily yoga. Participate in a mix of flow, restorative yoga, and meditation classes tailored for all
experience levels.
Sound Bath Experience: Experience deep relaxation with a soothing sound bath session.
Free Time: Take in the local scenery on hiking trails, enjoy a massage, visit nearby towns, or relax with a good book.
the price?
The all-inclusive cost for the retreat is $675.
If you’re traveling with a partner, or don’t mind sharing a bed with your bestie, our couple’s rate is $1,150.
A $300 non refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.
The price does not include travel costs or additional expenses such as alcohol and massages.
